Jay Duggan is the founder and CEO of Launch Legacy Consulting. Launch Legacy works as your "team member" in planned giving and major giving, connecting with donors and inspiring generous philanthropic investments. Jay is personally invested in your success, working one-on-one with the CEO, board members, staff and donors to provide individualized, collaborative service. Launch Legacy Consulting's work has generated over seventy-million in gift commitments in less than four years for small nonprofits that had no planned giving program in place before partnering with us!

Jay has over thirty years' professional experience, sixteen in the financial services industry as a financial/insurance advisor for individuals, families, businesses, nonprofits and school systems. For the past fourteen years Jay has worked with several large nonprofits including the University of Georgia, Operation Blessing and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as both a frontline fundraiser and consultant in major giving and planned giving. Jay earned the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® from the American College of Financial Services. Jay's wife, Cherie, is also a partner at Launch Legacy Consulting, specializing in both major giving and principal gifts. They have been married for 32 years and have five children together. They reside on Jekyll Island, Georgia, and summer in Bay View, Michigan.
