Wayne K. Lynch is a highly experienced fundraising professional with 50 years of experience in the field. His educational background includes:
- B.S. in Marketing from Rider University (1971)
- M.Ed. from Temple University (1978)
- M.A. from Dallas Theological Seminary (1984)
Lynch began his fundraising career in 1975 at Plumstead Christian School, where he played a key role in the school's growth from 65 to 625 students and led four capital campaigns for expansions. From 1986 to 2003, he served as Vice President for Development at Cairn University and founded their support foundation, The Regency Foundation to specialize in deferred and complex gifts. His expertise in fundraising is recognized by the senior designation of ACFRE from the Association of Fundraising Professionals. His international experience includes 11 years of living and working with schools in the Dominican Republic and Ukraine.
In recent years, Lynch has taken on leadership roles in two organizations:
- 1. Global School Consulting Group: Co-founded in 2017, where he serves as an Executive Consultant, providing counsel to international schools.
- 2. Gift of Hope USA Foundation: Founded in 2018, where he serves as the president. This private family foundation grants approximately $2 million annually. In this role, he also provides Planned Giving training for major grantees.
Throughout his career, Lynch has been using Crescendo, a planned giving software, since 1992, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to effective fundraising strategies.
