
CEO and Founder, Strategies for Organizational Success
Gail spent her career working for great non-profit organizations, including the YMCA, Guideposts, and The Salvation Army. In 2021 she retired and launched a new business called Strategies for Organizational Success, LLC, with the goal of helping organizations in the areas of strategic planning, major gifts, team building and hiring great staff. She has worked with several large and small organizations, providing support in these areas, including Partnership to End Human Trafficking, in Connecticut; Independent Living Inc., in Newburgh, NY; Common Ground Farm, in Beacon, New York, and Woodland Country Day School in Bridgeton, NJ.
Gail spent the last 10 years of her career working for The Salvation Army Easten Territory. As the Territorial Associate Director of Advancement her job was to oversee the Major Gift, Gift Planning, and Corporate Giving programs for the Eastern Territory. Gail worked with a team of 7 professional staff at the territorial headquarters, who provided support to 11 divisions. She supported, encouraged, and challenged her team, who in turn supported, encouraged, and challenged over 50 professional staff throughout the territory. Each year they raised over $25 million in cash gifts and $43 million in planned gift commitments.
