Andy Ragone brings a thoughtful and practical approach to the intersection of marketing and gift planning strategies. As a speaker, writer, and advisor, Andy has spent his career helping nonprofits connect donors to meaningful opportunities that create lasting impact and joy.

After many years with Crescendo Interactive as a marketing and sales representative, Andy joined the Pleiades Nonprofit Advisor team, where he continues to support organizations in navigating complex asset and estate gifts. By focusing on specialized marketing, engagement, and moves-management techniques, he has helped nonprofits of all sizes strengthen their outreach and deepen their relationships with donors.

Andy is a Certified Gift Planning Professional (CGPP) and serves on the boards of Arizona Charitable Gift Planners and the Northern California Planned Giving Council. He recently completed his term with the Southern California Gift Planning Council, furthering his commitment to advancing the field and fostering professional collaboration.

Earlier in his career, Andy served as an executive pastor, where he gained hands-on experience in organizational growth - developing staff and culture, coordinating volunteers, and designing fundraising systems. With over two decades of leadership in large churches, Andy understands the challenges nonprofits face and brings a well-rounded perspective to his work.

Andy holds a BA in Music from Arizona State University and a Master of Divinity from Phoenix Seminary. Whether working with nonprofits or advising on donor strategies, Andy's goal is always the same: to help others make a meaningful difference in their communities.
